Training schema summer 2020 for members:

Weekly summer training every thrusday ( 16, 23, 30 july, 6, 13 August)  Sign up via Fitmanager mandatory*. .Trainings confirmed only if min. of 5 participants.

– 15-16u: training 6-9 yo
– 16-17:30u: training 10-16 yo
– 18-19:30u: 16+ Freerunning
– 19:30-2030: Trampofit/bootcamp
* lessen gaan door bij minimaal 5 inschrijvingen. Aanmelden via Fitmanager verplicht!

SUMMER CAMPS:

Every school holiday, we host freerunning camps and special workshop for all ages for 7 to 12 year olds.  VROG CAMPS offer kids an active half day full of parkour/freeruning, tricks and fun, instructed by our freerunning trainers. All our training and camps are  ‘Corona Proof’, and out hygiene process has been approved by the City of Amsterdam: VROG hygiëne-outdoor (in dutch only)  Depending on the Corona status in July, the camps will be held either indoors in our freerunning and trampoline hall, or outdoors, on our new parkour set up, next to the hall.

MONDAY 10 AUGUST – LAST CAMPS OF THE SUMMER!

Freerunning & trampoline ‘Combo’ camp for 7 to 9 year olds: 

Combo kamp 7 t/m9 jaar beginner/ haf day,  9-12uur:
Including drink and snack. Book online: €28

Freerunning Camp for 10-12 year olds,  beginner /half day:
12:30-15:30uur. Incl. snack and drink.. Book online: €28

11/12/13 AUGUST :  OVERNIGHT CAMP :
Tu 11 Aug. 9am to  Thu. 13 Aug. 1pm.
Special for  10-14 year olds. 2,5 day camp, including optional overnight@ scouting camp next door to Vrog ( for overnight guests: Just bring your inflatable mattress and sleeping bag). A full program of trampoline, freerunning and other activities. Price included all food, drinks, overnight accommodation and training.
