Always starts at the whole hour. During holiday periods we have an adjusted schedule.
if you want to jump freely, work on your own fitness exercises, or practice your saltos on the airbag, join our open jump session, for adults only, alone or with friends… Trampoline jumping is high energy/ low impact. ‘Feel like a child again’, whilst working on your stamina, cardio, flexibility and strength….and relax afterwards in our cafe!
